"YOUR SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY"

As the Hospitality industry begins to welcome ensure that its Hotels are doing all that they can to provide guest safety, welcoming and clean environment for them to call Home. Working in line with directives from the World Health Organization as well as MOH - Bahrain regulations, we have developed a number of cleaning policies to ensure the safety of every guest that stays with us.
Following are the some of the habits customers and employees must follow to prevent COVID-19 (Corona Virus) few changes that implemented to ensure that you will have a healthy and comfortable stay with us:
  • A guest room cleaning process:
    • Rooms are cleaned by associates wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
    • High-touch, hard nonporous items including television, remote controls, toilet seats and handles, door and furniture handles, water faucet handles, nightstands, telephones, in-room control panels, light switches, temperature control panels, alarm clocks, luggage racks and flooring are thoroughly sanitized.
    • Linens are provided sealed in a plastic wrap to avoid the possibility of contamination.
    • Checkout rooms are disinfected thoroughly with FOGGING MACHINE with high level Ecolab disinfectant which kills 99.999% of VIRUSES.
    • All collaterals are out from the Guest room, information are displayed on TV.
    • Rooms are kept vacant at least 48 hours prior to cleaning.
  • Everyone entering the hotel will undergo temperature screening.
  • Masks are mandatory for everyone in public areas of the hotel, extra masks are kept available in front desk for easy access.
  • Sanitizer stations are located throughout property.
  • Employees are rigorously involved in washing hands with soap and water. In situations where soap/water is not available, alcohol-based sanitizer is all the time available in employees cart/trolley.
  • Elevator Buttons panels are disinfected at regular intervals and are wrapped with plastic covers which are changed every 3 hours.
  • All luggage and incoming items are sanitized prior to entering the hotel
  • Social distancing measures are in place in all public areas including restaurant with floor stickers and rope barricade.
  • Efficient check-in and check-out procedures minimizing contact points
  • Sneeze guards are placed in reception area and restaurant counter.
  • Hotel car is completely sanitized before and after each guest pickup-drop.
